Breast size of male sims I have used BreastForceOn cheat on, is the same after WW sex. But they are all extremely skinny, maybe that's why clearly easy to notice breasts for me. You have to leave and then return to the household for it to manifest.
- I think there really should be a breast slider for male sims... because when i try to dress up my male sim with female clothes, they automatically have female breasts.... but i dont want those.. i just want female clothes that when wear by a male sim it wont automatically have breast...
breast slider i think can fix that issue - This may be why they removed gender from most aspects of the game. I think you're only going to see gender in CAS, but you can think of that as 'breasted' or 'non breasted' and then do the rest of the customization to your liking. It's not perfect, especially since you have to have your male trans.vestite with implants as female in CAS, but if you can get beyond that, it's workable.
Edit: Trans.vestite is censored? I was using the term to mean a man who identifies as a man who dresses in women's clothing at least part of the time.
Another edit: Padded bras would be awesome for everyone.
You can say transgender instead
I don't think transgender is the same thing. Transgender truly feel as the gender that they are presenting. A man that feels like a man and identifies as a man is not transgender because he likes to wear a dress. Transgender male to females actually identify as women and that is why they wear female clothing.
Male transvests or cross dressers wear dresses simply because they like it, not because they identify with it. They see it as a costume rather than who they really are. I think that is the difference. Crossdressers or Transvests are wearing a costume, transgendered people are not.
So transves-tite might actually be the proper term, or drag dressing like Rue Paul's drag race.

I can understand why you misunderstood me -- there's been a lot of ignorance about this subject. But a transwoman I imagine would use the female symbol with the frame that suits her so the breast slider wouldn't be an issue. I was thinking it could be problematic using the 'female' symbol with someone who was making a sim who identified as male and wanted breasts as the female symbol is the only way to do that right now.
Edit: Me and my infernal edits, but reflecting on this, I think there are a lot of different types of sims that would want the male frame with breasts. I think the only sims who can't have them are masculine males, but trans men can have masculine frames. And there are other reasons as well I am sure.

You can say transgender instead
Those two things are not the same. A Trans*vestite is a man who wears female clothing, but doesn't identify as a woman. It can also be a woman in male clothing, but does not identify as a man. This word is interchangable with crossdresser. Think of drag kings and queens.
Also, I believe it isn't possible because of the masculine and feminine body meshes themselves. Male meshes do not have breasts, simply put. The closest you have to one for the masculine/male body shape is to increase the width and depth of the entire torso.

Yes I do. I'm also planning on maxing my sim Kristy Carter. She gorgeous as it is. I think most of the female bartender npc's maxed look pretty good. Well, I personally think if they're, EA, going to let us have a slider for the size of the womens breasts in this game then they need to be fair straight across the board and let us shrink or lengthen the size of the ***** of the male sims in this game.

I would love a height adjuster too!!! I realise it would probably be quite hard to do because when the sims are interacting with each other it would be all weird. Personally, I'm glad that the sliders were released. I don't care much about the size, but more about the amount of cleavage that some clothing would reveal. Is that strange? lol.
